
Territory Sales Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate customer conversations by providing valuable business insights to establish value and create demand
Close new business opportunities while growing and nurturing existing account relationships
Drive budgeted sales by skillfully managing product mix and pricing to achieve margin goals while expanding market share in your territory
Craft and implement tailored business plans for each account, focusing on long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that foster profitability and success
Identify customer needs and challenges, and develop dynamic action plans to address them effectively
Analyze market opportunities and sales data to stay ahead of the competition
Participate in sales meetings to share insights on sales activity, new account development, and promotions
Ability to generate and qualify leads, engage customers with valuable business insights, and create demand. Skilled in closing new business and nurturing existing account relationships for sustained growth
Expect daily territory travel and customer visits to build strong relationships and drive results!
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or 3 years of demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development
Three (3+) years of sales or BD experience in HVAC and Refrigeration industry
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
