Leasing Manager (2 Openings) – Luxury Multifamily Communities
On-Site | Tuesday–Saturday | Full-Time
$60,000–$65,000 + Performance Bonuses
We’re hiring
two Leasing Managers
to lead leasing operations across luxury apartment communities. This role focuses on leasing performance, marketing execution, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Manage leasing activity from tour through move-in
Track and drive traffic, conversion, and occupancy metrics
Execute marketing and outreach initiatives
Partner with maintenance to uphold community standards
Handle resident concerns and escalations
Qualifications
3–5 years of leasing experience; 1–2 years in a luxury community
Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems
Proven track record driving leasing performance and occupancy
$60,000–$65,000 base + performance bonuses
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance
PTO + 401(k)
