Product Marketing Manager (Healthcare AI/SaaS) Seeking a

Product Marketer

to join a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare technology company focused on improving safety, performance, and outcomes in the operating room through advanced AI and data-driven insights.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial strategy, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment and wants to play a key role in shaping how innovative products are brought to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the bridge between product and marketing, translating product enhancements into clear, compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies

Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and storytelling for both internal and external audiences

Partner closely with sales to enable effective communication of product value in the field

Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence, feeding insights back into product roadmap decisions

Help define how complex, AI-driven solutions are communicated to non-technical stakeholders (especially in healthcare environments)

Contribute to launch strategies, campaigns, and sales enablement materials

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or related fields

Bachelor’s degree required (strong academic background preferred)

Experience or exposure to healthcare, medtech, or clinical environments strongly preferred

Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear value propositions

Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage, or evolving environments

Hands-on mindset “player, not coach” someone who wants to execute, not just strategize

Ability to challenge conventional thinking and bring creative, non-linear approaches to market positioning

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both internal teams and select customers
