Your Mission As Product Marketing Manager
As an Energage Product Marketing Manager, your mission is to effectively position and differentiate our organization and offerings in the market, be the voice of the customer, and create effective go‑to‑market materials to support marketing, sales, and customer success. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to craft product positioning and steward company messaging. Owning research into the market and competitors, you will craft marketing and sales materials that showcase the differentiated value that Energage can offer.

Steward product positioning, messaging, and narratives
Create materials to support go‑to‑market strategy and launch planning
Conduct customer, market, and competitive research
Enable the sales organization with materials and training
Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap and insights
Support product adoption and retention initiatives
Measure launch and campaign performance
What You Bring to the Role
3+ years' experience in product marketing or product management in a B2B company, preferably software
Ability to understand a market landscape
Understanding of what product positioning is and why it is important
Willingness and desire to engage directly with customers and prospects
Demonstrated passion for and interest in adopting AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Strong analytical skills
Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to haves
Adobe suite or Canva experience
Familiarity with Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting
Compensation and Benefits This position has a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, based on relevant experience. The role is also bonus eligible.
