The Producer for the Las Vegas Raiders will work alongside a team of video professionals within Silver and Black Productions. This role will be responsible for ideating, producing, shooting, and editing various forms of video content for the Raiders across its media platforms (e.g. broadcast, website, social, in-stadium, etc.). This position will report to the Manager of Video Production.
Essential Job Functions
Coordinate a variety of production-oriented tasks, objectives, planning and scheduling from start to finish
Ideate and conceptualize content ideas, and produce & execute from ideation phase to post-production
Identify interesting storylines amongst Raider personnel, and produce/edit long-form content
Primarily tasked with shooting and editing various pieces of content in the studio and field locations
Responsible for special projects, producing promotion spots around marketing campaigns, Corporate Partners, events, etc.
Collaborate with other producers and video production positions to ensure all duties and goals are being executed properly and on-time
Conduct interviews with subjects preceded by information gathered, and/or fact‑finding
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate highly creative ideas
Travel to away games and various NFL events as needed
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Film/Communications/Art or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3+ years professional experience and demo reel required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder
Strong understanding of lighting, composition and Sony cameras
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
Ability to work independently without supervision, and with a team to establish project deliverables; plus, be self‑directed and demonstrate initiative
General understanding of NFL rules, teams, players, and culture
Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
