Experience Required Experience
Background in golf operations, hospitality, or private club environments preferred
Passion for hospitality and member experience required
Familiarity with golf technology platforms such as TrackMan is helpful but not required
PGA Professional or PGA Associate status welcomed but not required
Essential Responsibilities Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience
Welcome members and guests and ensure every visit begins with a warm, professional interaction
Build relationships with members and help integrate new members into the club community
Introduce members to one another and foster meaningful connections within the club
Support Daily Golf Operations
Assist the Director of Golf in managing day‑to‑day golf operations
Help members utilize TrackMan technology and golf suite functionality
Ensure golf suites are prepared, organized, and maintained to the highest standard
Provide support and guidance to members during their golf experience
Cultivate Club Culture
Encourage participation in leagues, tournaments, and competitions
Help members discover and engage with club programming
Support the execution of events and competitions within the club
Retail and Merchandising
Assist with merchandising and retail presentation within the golf shop
Support merchandise sales and help members with apparel and equipment selections
What Success Looks Like
Members feel welcomed, recognized, and connected each time they visit the club
Golf operations run smoothly and suites operate at the highest standard
Participation in club competitions and events continues to grow
The golf staff are viewed as trusted ambassadors of The Sanctuary culture
