Overview Punta Brava Golf and Surf Club, located in the stunning Ensenada, Baja California, is seeking an adventurous and driven 2nd Assistant Superintendent to join their golf course maintenance team.

About Punta Brava Golf and Surf Club Nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the peninsula off of Ensenada, Mexico, Punta Brava Golf and Surf Club is an exclusive sanctuary. The golf course is framed by the pacific coastline on three sides and this spectacular backdrop provides the golf course with multiple holes with over‑ocean carry.

Tom Doak, a well‑known golf course architect whose designs are often praised for their strategic and naturalistic elements, as well as their integration with the surrounding landscape, is leading the project. Doak is considered one of the leading figures in modern golf course architecture.

Strong foundation in golf course maintenance, from chemical and fertilizer applications to irrigation management

Ability to supervise and guide a small, dynamic team

A deep respect for the natural beauty of the land and a commitment to preserving its unique habitat

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Enthusiastic about learning the latest innovations in golf course management

Requirements

Degree or Certificate in Agronomy or a related field preferred, but not required

1-3 years of experience in golf course management, with prior supervisory experience a plus

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary of $70,000
