Car/Tech: Motus program (vehicle reimbursement), plus company-provided phone and laptop.
Stability: Opportunity to represent a respected brand with a long history of craftsmanship and product innovation.
Community
Housing, property taxes, and everyday expenses are generally more affordable than in markets like Miami or Fort Lauderdale—making it attractive for families and professionals alike.
Year-round warm weather allows for constant access to outdoor activities—whether it’s boating, hiking, golf, or nearby beaches and natural springs.
Central Florida (especially Orlando/Tampa corridors) continues to see growth in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and tourism—creating strong career opportunities. Florida’s lack of state income tax is also a major financial benefit.
Top-rated school districts, suburban communities, and access to world‑class attractions (like Disney and Universal) make it an ideal place for families.
