Golf Course Superintendent
Bull’s Bridge Golf Club
Bull’s Bridge Golf Club is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to lead and elevate all aspects of the golf course maintenance operation. This is a premier leadership opportunity at a highly regarded private club in Litchfield County, Connecticut, offering the chance to deliver championship playing conditions while building and inspiring a high-performing team.
Bull’s Bridge has built a reputation for delivering a consistently high-quality golf experience rooted in conditioning, playability, and attention to detail. The club’s commitment to excellence is evident not only in the presentation of the golf course, but in its willingness to invest in the people, infrastructure, and long-term planning required to sustain elite performance.
For the Golf Course Superintendent, this is a role that sits at the center of the club’s identity. The position offers the opportunity to steward a top-tier Fazio design, elevate agronomic standards, and lead a team in delivering daily conditions that meet the expectations of a highly engaged and knowledgeable membership.
About the Club Nestled in the rolling hills of Litchfield County, Bull’s Bridge Golf Club offers a golf experience that feels both timeless and rare. Just a short drive from New York City—yet worlds away in atmosphere—the club is defined by its natural beauty, quiet seclusion, and deep connection to the surrounding landscape.
Designed by renowned architect Tom Fazio, the course is routed across dramatic ridgelines, valleys, and historic farmland, creating a layout that is as visually striking as it is strategically compelling. Expansive views of the Berkshire foothills, classic New England stone walls, and thoughtful integration of the land’s natural features combine to deliver a golf experience that is both challenging and unforgettable.
Since opening in 2004, Bull’s Bridge has established itself as one of Connecticut’s premier private golf clubs—recognized for its championship-caliber design, exceptional conditioning, and commitment to the game at the highest level.
But what truly defines Bull’s Bridge is not just the course — it’s the culture. Built on a foundation of camaraderie, shared passion for golf, and a deep appreciation for the game’s traditions, the club fosters a close-knit membership experience that is both welcoming and enduring.
At Bull’s Bridge, golf is more than a round — it’s an escape, a challenge, and a connection to something greater than the game itself.
