Overview This position will develop and lead best‑in‑class change management approach for large‑scale company‑wide initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies to drive organizational transformation, enhance employee adoption, and optimize business outcomes. The change strategy and change plan will include stakeholder analysis, implementation timeline, adoption/success metrics, partner and/or customer insights, communications, and training.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee‑centric enterprise change management strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new processes, technologies, and structures.
Serve as a change champion, guiding and supporting leaders, executive sponsors and teams through the change process. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to advocate for change initiatives and secure buy‑in at all levels.
Lead and manage all aspects of change management, including impact analysis, communication planning, training, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics.
Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to effectively convey change initiatives, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Map key messages to impacted stakeholders to develop comprehensive communications strategy. Coordinate with project team and business leadership to cascade unified message through organization.
Identify training and resource needs and partner with Learning & Development and subject matter experts to curate curriculum based on change impacts assessment.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives. Monitor progress and make data‑driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
Identify potential risks and resistance points related to change initiatives. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address concerns and minimize disruption.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating the success of change initiatives and applying lessons learned to future projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field. - Required
5 years of experience in leading and managing change initiatives in a large complex organizational environment.
5 years of experience in organizational transformation, operational leadership, or related field.
Presentation Skills: Communicates with clarity, charisma, and enthusiasm to every level of the organization, from front line to executive leadership.
Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $160,300 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
