The Automotive Professional Sales position at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is a full-time, salary sales job in the auto industry. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 to $125,000 per year, paid on a weekly basis. In addition, employees are eligible for a generous benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Provide information and guidance to customers about available vehicles and features
Conduct test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of vehicles
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the dealership
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends, new features and models, and competitors’ offerings
Attend sales training and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment
Proficient in using technology and software systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
