Job Description We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Talley team in Orlando, FL!

Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager’s primary objective is to be the market expert in your assigned territory while also meeting or exceeding the revenue and margin forecasts. You will be responsible for building relationships and uncovering new opportunities. You are the proactive capture side of the sales organization committed to the leadership principles of the Big Goal highlighted by the dedication to lead, manage, and teach daily. The Regional Sales Manager is expected to drive opportunity through the Customer Experience department. The Regional Sales Manager is expected to provide noteworthy market information to other regions. The Regional Sales Manager must take on mid‑level and executive relationships with key and complex accounts.

What You’ll Do:

Drive and deliver the Talley message and Big Goal to all employees

Territory coverage

Field sales activity and calls

Call outs

Maximizing sales opportunities for customer meetings

Lead follow‑up

New accounts & prospecting

Mail list maintenance

Relationship building with complex and key accounts in the territory

Commit self and staff to maximizing selling opportunity initiative

Support and delegation of sales initiatives to achieve revenue forecasts for the territory and grow Talley’s market share over time

Display strong work ethic and honesty and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Engage in work with a high sense of urgency, highly organized and detail‑oriented

Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high‑stress situations

Qualifications What You’ll Need:

3+ years of sales experience

Proven work experience in a sales management or relevant senior sales role

Experience in measuring and analyzing performance indicators such as KPI

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent – Preferred

High School or GED – Required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Exhibit thought leadership, be strategic, independent and a progressive thinker with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with decision making

Ability to work in difficult situations

Prelude Order Processing Knowledge is a plus

For the state of Florida only, the base pay rate is from $93,000.00 to $115,000.00, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
