Job Description We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Talley team in Orlando, FL.
Summary The Regional Sales Manager’s primary objective is to be the market expert in the assigned territory while meeting or exceeding revenue and margin forecasts. The role involves building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving momentum for the sales organization. The manager must handle mid‑level and executive relationships with key complex accounts and provide market intelligence to other regions.
What You’ll Do
Drive and deliver the Talley message and Big Goal to all employees
Cover the territory and conduct field sales activities and calls
Make call outs and maximize sales opportunities during customer meetings
Follow up with leads and pursue new accounts through prospecting
Maintain mail lists and support sales initiatives to achieve revenue forecasts
Build relationships with complex and key accounts in the territory
Commit to maximizing selling opportunity initiatives and lead staff accordingly
Show strong work ethic, honesty, and adherence to company policies
Demonstrate urgency, high organization, and attention to detail
Manage change calmly and effectively in high‑stress situations
Accept additional duties and responsibilities as business needs dictate

Qualifications What You’ll Need
3+ years of sales experience
Proven sales‑management or senior sales role experience
Experience measuring and analyzing KPIs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Preferred
High school diploma or GED – Required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Thought leadership, strategic thinking, and progressive approach with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities with decisive action
Ability to work in difficult situations
Prelude Order Processing knowledge is a plus
Additional Information Physical Demands
Sit: Must remain stationary – at least 51%
Walk: Move about inside/outside office – up to 20%
Use hands to finger, handle, or feel: Operate computer and office machinery – 21% to 50%
Weight and Force Demands

Working Environment
Travels to offsite locations – at least 51%
