Ford of Boerne is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department—ensuring a seamless, professional, and high-quality service experience from start to finish.
Experience in automotive service advising is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally on the service drive
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns to technicians
Provide clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs
Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status and timelinesUpsell recommended maintenance and services based on vehicle needs
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction
Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure timely repairs
Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Qualifications
Previous Service Advisor experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Proficiency with computers and dealership software (Xtime, DriveCentric, or similar is a plus)
Valid driver’s license
