Essential Functions
Coordinate with Crew Members, Superintendents, and Project Managers to manage scheduling, scope of work, and daily jobsite activities, including communicating any scope changes before execution.
Lead and support crew performance and development, ensuring productivity, accountability, and proper time tracking while resolving any timesheet discrepancies.
Document daily jobsite activity including production, quality control, and jobsite updates through accurate daily logs.
Communicate and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve issues and keep work progressing smoothly.
Manage jobsite readiness, materials, and equipment, including weather monitoring, end‑of‑day job protection, inventory coordination, and proper maintenance/storage of tools, vehicles, and trailers.
Enforce OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Maintain project schedules and production goals to ensure projects stay on time and within labor hour targets.
Participate in pre‑construction meetings and job walkthroughs to ensure clear project expectations and alignment before work begins.
Required Skills and Abilities
OSHA 10 certification required
(OSHA 30 preferred); able to obtain required equipment operation certifications
Ability to obtain security clearance for military and secured job sites
Familiar with SMACNA standards and construction best practices
Ability to read and understand shop drawings, site plans, and specifications
Strong leadership & communication skills
Solid critical thinking, problem‑solving, time management, and organizational skills
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, hard‑working, with a willingness to learn new systems

Education and Experience
Minimum 3 years construction experience
Minimum 3-5 years roofing specific experience
Experience working with TPO, EPMD, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, coping, and the above listed materials
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
Willing to travel
Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
Frequently lift and carry 50lbs or greater
Frequent bending, kneeling, walking
Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
