As an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, you will play a key role in supporting the overall management and maintenance of the golf course grounds. Working closely with the Golf Course Superintendent, you will help oversee the daily operations, including turf care, irrigation, and equipment maintenance. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, implementing agronomic practices, and ensuring that the course meets the highest standards of playability and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, you will assist in developing budgets, scheduling maintenance tasks, and implementing sustainability practices to enhance the environmental stewardship of the course. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a premier golf course while gaining valuable experience in turf management and course operations.

Degree in Turf Management or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf course maintenance
Strong knowledge of turf maintenance practices and irrigation systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pesticide applicator's license or the ability to obtain one
