The organization specializes in the development, production, and commercialization of CE-IVD diagnostic kits, with particular expertise in genetics and newborn screening. Operating from a science park environment, the company serves an international customer base and is committed to improving patient outcomes through cutting‑edge technologies and continuous innovation.
IHRE AUFGABEN
Develop and expand the company’s commercial presence in a defined geographic market
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers
Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities with a strong focus on acquisition
Plan and conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and on‑site demonstrations
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, CRM updates, negotiation, closing, and follow‑up
Ensure structured tracking and follow‑up of customer interactions and opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences
Act as the voice of the customer internally, contributing to product and process improvements
IHR PROFIL
3–7 years of B2B sales experience in biotech, diagnostics, life sciences, or medical devices
Experience selling diagnostic kits or complex scientific products is a strong advantage
Strong sales skills: prospecting, negotiation, closing, account management
Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Ability to understand scientific concepts and communicate with technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
Fluent German (mandatory)
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Based in Germany or nearby European region with knowledge of the local market
