Our client is an internationally operating company in the consumer healthcare space, with a strong growth ambition in the German market. The organization is currently evolving towards a more data-driven and commercially focused setup, with marketing playing a key role in driving brand performance and market expansion. In this context, the company is looking for a motivated and hands-on marketing professional who is eager to contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and external partners, supporting the growth of established brands while helping to unlock new opportunities – particularly in digital and eCommerce channels. IHRE AUFGABEN Support the commercial development and day-to-day management of a defined brand portfolio in the German market Execute and adapt marketing strategies in close collaboration with regional and international teams Translate global brand strategies into effective local marketing activities Contribute to the identification and implementation of growth opportunities across channels, including eCommerce (e.g. Amazon, ePharma) Analyze market and performance data to support decision-making and optimization of marketing activities Collaborate closely with sales and trade marketing teams to implement impactful activities with key retail and wholesale partners Support the development of marketing and sales materials for internal and external use Prepare presentations and materials for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and customers Coordinate with internal functions such as Operations and Regulatory to ensure smooth execution of activities IHR PROFIL Approximately 3–6 years of experience in marketing, product management, or commercial roles Background in (ideally) consumer healthcare, FMCG, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals is required Experience in dermatology is a plus Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and interest in data-driven and performance marketing Initial exposure to trade marketing or eCommerce is advantageous Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style Strong communication skills and ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling materials Fluent in German and very good English skills BENEFITS Development opportunity: Ideal role for someone looking to take the next step and grow into a more strategic marketing position High exposure: Close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams Impact on brand growth: Opportunity to actively contribute to the development of well-established brands Future-oriented setup: Involvement in building and expanding digital and eCommerce channels Dynamic environment: Combination of structured processes and entrepreneurial mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
