
Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist your role will be to support the Electrification group by developing and implementing marketing projects across multiple business functions with responsibilities that include content development for social media, email and website to improve brand engagement, preference and sell-through. You will develop marketing collateral and communications to support products and channels and shares with cross-functional teams. #LI-LB1 #LI-Hybrid

You will do this by:
Partnering directly with Marketing management to create campaigns and programs that support business objectives and revenue targets
Writing, editing, and proofing copy for marketing communications such as product packaging, printed collateral, merchandising, digital content, advertising, customer presentations and press releases
Working with internal resources and external agencies to create marketing collateral, including social media content, email, newsletters, blog content, brochures and videos
Developing, monitoring and communicating project timelines and roadblocks
Working with training and channel marketing partners to develop collateral and communications to support channel needs
Tracking and reporting of marketing activities, including campaign effectiveness, social media and email performance, and website analytics
Planning and helping to execute trade shows and events
Collaborating with other marketing colleagues, sharing ideas and best practices cross functionally
Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent education and experience
Minimum two years of Marketing experience, manufacturing preferred.
Strong understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing practices, digital marketing and customer online experience, durable goods and retail sales channels
Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects independently; ability to take the lead and drive successful completion of projects
Ability to communicate (verbal, written) and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Highly collaborative and team-oriented
Strong initiative for efficiency and problem solvingAbility to provide guidance to other team members
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
