JM Test Systems is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing events, managing social media, supporting marketing operations, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage company participation in tradeshows and marketing events

Assist with event planning, logistics, and vendor coordination

Track event budgets, KPIs, and ROI

Support pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities

Assist with lead capture and post-event lead nurturing campaigns

Provide attendee support and event communication

Social Media & Digital Engagement

Manage company social media channels

Develop engaging content including copy, graphics, and posts

Analyze engagement metrics and performance

Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging

Identify and implement new social media trends and best practices

Marketing Operations & Brand Management

Manage marketing collateral and promotional items (SWAG)

Maintain inventory, coordinate purchasing, and track budgets

Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials

Coordinate with graphic designers on marketing assets such as:

Social media graphics

Email newsletters

Sales materials and flyers

Maintain and update printed marketing materials

Coordinate with external print vendors

Content & Marketing Initiatives

Manage company marketing publications such as newsletters

Support marketing campaigns and internal initiatives

Assist with tracking marketing data and analytics

Qualifications Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience & Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with social media platforms and marketing content creation

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data

Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Experience with Google analytics or digital marketing tools

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or paid advertising

Experience supporting marketing events or tradeshows

This position requires regular computer use and coordination with various departments across the organization. The role may involve occasional movement between departments and assisting with marketing logistics.
