Salary: $91,837.20 - $128,014.29 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

Develop and execute programs to build and strengthen external relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and community partners to support organizational growth.

Collaborate with service line and hospital leadership to identify opportunities, implement pipeline development initiatives, and promote organizational services, providers, and partner networks.

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships through data-driven outreach, conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored solutions to enhance partner experience and utilization.

Create and manage growth plans by tracking performance, identifying barriers, and aligning partner feedback with organizational goals to drive business development outcomes.

What minimum qualifications you'll need Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

Lead data-driven outreach strategies to strengthen existing relationships and cultivate new partnerships, driving growth across the system of care.

Identify and define market opportunities through analysis of utilization data, referral patterns, and demographics; assess readiness and execute strategies to capture demand and win new business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, advanced practitioners, and healthcare leaders to enhance collaboration, continuity of care, and long-term retention.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and service gaps to inform strategy; partner with marketing on campaigns, community engagement, and innovative alignment initiatives.

Support operational success by resolving physician concerns, assisting with onboarding, and collaborating with leadership to allocate resources and achieve growth objectives.
