About the Role The Brand Ambassador is a frontline, execution-focused role responsible for bringing our brands to life inside dispensaries across Connecticut. This position is designed to drive real impact at the point of sale by engaging directly with consumers, supporting retail teams, and increasing brand visibility through in-store presence.

This role combines sales support, experiential marketing, and content creation, making it ideal for someone who is both people-driven and creatively inclined.

Key Responsibilities In-Store Activations & Retail Support

Execute scheduled pop-ups, vendor days, and launch activations (2-4 hours per event)

Engage directly with consumers to educate, recommend, and influence purchasing decisions

Support budtenders with product knowledge, key selling points, and brand positioning

Maintain a professional presence aligned with retail partner expectations

Ensure all in-store activities comply with Connecticut cannabis regulations

Follow up on audit points before, during, and after activations

Event Support

Assist with larger brand events and activations

Support customer engagement, product education, and overall experience

Represent the brand in high-visibility environments

Content Creation & Social Support

Capture high-quality photo and video content during activations

Record at least one compliant video per dispensary visit

Submit all content within 24 hours of each activation

Post approved content to personal social channels when requested (tagging brand and retail partner)

Adhere to all content and compliance guidelines

Retail Intelligence & Feedback

Gather feedback from budtenders, store leadership, and consumers

Identify competitive activity, pricing trends, and merchandising opportunities

Report insights to the Wholesale Marketing Coordinator after each activation

Compliance & Professional Standards

Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations

Maintain professionalism in all retail and public-facing environments

Meet all scheduling, reporting, and communication expectations

Identity & Presentation Brand Ambassadors are an extension of the brand. This role requires a premium, polished, and professional presence paired with a high-energy, culture-forward personality.

Number of activations completed

Quality and consistency of content

Retail partner feedback

Compliance and professionalism

Overall reliability

High performers will be prioritized for additional hours, incentives, and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable engaging with both retail staff and consumers

Ability to capture photo and video content via mobile device

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel statewide

Strong organizational skills and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cannabis, CPG, beverage, or retail marketing

Familiarity with dispensary operations and budtender engagement

On-camera confidence and social media fluency

Experience supporting events or in-store activations
