In this role, you will be working as a Fixture Designer/Programmer for a client in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for converting design drawings into CNC ready formats as well as programming for fabrication.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on site.
Pay : $55,000-$60,000/Yr.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in CAD
AutoCAD experience
SolidWorks experience preferred
2+ years drafting/design experience
CNC programming/troubleshooting knowledge – responsible for preparing NC-CAM programs for fabrication
Ability to generate drawing packages of new fixtures/tools
Create detailed specifications
Familiar with small parts and tight tolerances
Working knowledge of industry standards (ANSI Y14.5)
