About the Role As a Home Improvement Specialist II, you'll operate with real autonomy. You'll run residential and commercial repair and remodel jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision, mentor junior technicians, and deliver a client experience that earns 5-star reviews. No hand-holding. No excuses. Just excellent work.

What You'll Do

Execute home repairs and basic remodels independently

Lead job site setup, workflow, and clean-up

Mentor and guide Level I technicians

Interpret blueprints and work orders accurately

Manage materials, tools, and your service vehicle

Track all work in JobTread — accurately and on time

Deliver a professional, hospitality-level client experience on every job

What You Bring

2+ years in home repair, handyman work, or remodeling

Valid driver's license — trailer experience a plus

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Solid understanding of ND building codes and safety requirements

Strong communication, organization, and time management

A coachable, solutions-first mindset

Punctuality — 10 minutes early is on time here

Compensation & Benefits

$24–$30/hr based on experience and performance
