Peerless Clothing designs, merchandises, sources, and sells men’s tailored clothing for an extensive portfolio of iconic global brands.Peerless Clothing dominates the tailored menswear marketplace with product found in Macy’s, Amazon, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Bloomingdale’s, Belk, Walmart, Kohl’s, JCPenney, and Men’s Wearhouse, to name a few. Peerless Clothing is currently in its second century of business, expanding rapidly while continuing to innovate and redefine the standard for tailored clothing. Interns will spend each Monday working on a dynamic group project that explores innovations in the fashion industry, with a focus on Peerless Clothing's pivotal influence. Previous projects have led to the development of meaningful new areas of business.At the end of the program, the intern class will present their research and ideas to senior management. Interns will spend Tuesday–Thursday at the Peerless Clothing NYC office:
641 Lexington Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10022.The 10-week program will run from June 3rd–August 7th, 2025.
Applicants are ideally a rising junior, rising senior, or recent graduate with goals of pursuing a fashion career in design, merchandising, sales, or marketing. Specific educational concentrations may include, but are not limited to: fashion design, fashion merchandising, fashion business, fashion marketing, and visual arts. All ages and backgrounds are welcome to apply. Candidates must be able to work from the NYC office for the entirety of the 10-week
program. Interns will be paid an hourly wage in addition to transportation and meal perks.Candidates with a digital portfolio or website should include the link in their cover letter.**Main responsibilities;**● Collaborate and work alongside the entire sales team.
● Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization for each showroom.
● Assist with projects from Specialty Stores to Major Accounts.
● Assist in planning the company Summer Outing event.
● Assist with swatch management for Specialty Stores.
● Assist with the NuOrder platform.
● Help the team prepare for trade shows in Dallas and Chicago.
● Learn daily reporting and get to sit in on meetings with customers such as Nordstrom and Saks.**Job Location:** New York #J-18808-Ljbffr
