Construction Superintendent
Full-time Description Construction Superintendent HMD Construction and Development, a Raleigh-based commercial contractor, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage the daily operations of assigned projects. This role requires strong construction knowledge, proactive problem‑solving, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day jobsite operations, supervising personnel and subcontractors.
Review project plans and maintain thorough knowledge of all building components and systems.
Meet with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government officials to resolve conflicts and coordinate solutions.
Anticipate potential issues and implement cost‑effective, timely remedies.
Document daily jobsite activities and upload photos to Procore.
Enforce and model company safety standards and protocols.
Assist with special projects or additional duties as needed.
