Commercial Superintendent

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and jobsite safety
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily jobsite operations from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce safety protocols
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and project schedules
• Communicate progress and issues with project management
