PAY RANGE: $47 - $57/hr.

Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Contractor to manage the administration and compliance of domestic (US) and international (UK) benefits programs. This role provides direct support to employees, manages vendor integrations, and ensures operational continuity during a team member's leave.
Benefits Administration & Employee Support
Inquiry Management: Respond to employee inquiries via Service Now tickets, ensuring responses meet established SLAs.
Workday Operations: Review and process Workday Benefit Events, Qualifying Life Events (QLEs), and administrative leave requests.
Enrollment Audits: Perform monthly enrollment audits for Healthcare, Client, and Client plans using v-lookups to reconcile vendor reports with Workday data. Weekly review of vendor integration file reports.
Certification of Employee Claims: Complete the employer certifications for state disability and family leave claims, short term and long term disability insurance claims, Workman's Compensation claims, etc.
Leave of Absence (LOA) Management
Tracking & Pay: Maintain the "LOA Benefit Deductions & Sick Top Up Pay" tracker and work with payroll to coordinate supplemental top-up pay.
Documentation: Complete disability and family leave forms (e.g., EDD, PFL) and track intermittent leaves.
Employee Engagement: Order "baby swag" for expecting parents and manage return-to-work surveys.
UK Sick Leave: Manage documentation for UK sick leave, including uploading doctor certificates to Workday and tracking statutory vs. enhanced sick pay.
Financial & Invoice Management
Invoice Processing: Utilize Ariba to create POs and manage monthly invoices for vendors such as HealthEquity, Fidelity, Progyny, and various UK providers.
Reporting: Generate monthly premium and census reports from Workday to validate billing accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of industry experience
Systems Expertise: Proficiency in Workday (Benefit Events, Reporting, Worker History) and Service Now is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills, including the ability to perform v-lookups and manage complex trackers.
Benefits Knowledge: Familiarity with US leave laws (FMLA/PFL/STD) and an understanding of UK statutory benefits is a plus.
