Compensation Package
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Quoting new and renewal policies.
Explaining coverage options to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Cross-selling additional products and services when appropriate.
Managing and processing policy renewals.
Collecting and updating renewal information.
Assisting clients with billing and claims inquiries.
Maintaining and servicing a book of personal lines accounts, with a mix of standard and high-net-worth clients.
Utilizing AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry (3+ years preferred).
Familiarity with personal lines accounts, including home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client accounts.
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
