The Orange County and Los Angeles, California offices of FBT Gibbons are seeking a Real Estate Associate.

Qualifications
3–5 years of real estate experience
Transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending
Preferred experience in litigation related to private and public development projects, including:
Eminent domain and inverse condemnation
Complex title disputes
Construction claims
Environmental regulatory and compliance disputes
Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation The salary range for this role is $205,000 to $220,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
Quarterly objective bonus
Annual subjective bonus
