The Louisville, Kentucky office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Real Estate Associate.

Qualifications
3–7 years of real estate experience
Transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending
Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Kentucky licensure or the ability to waive in
Compensation The salary range for this role is$170,000 to $200,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
Quarterly objective bonus
Annual objective bonus
Annual subjective bonus
