Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Provide professional, upbeat consultations to customers
Educate customers on company guidelines and industry best practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Handle cash transactions and assist with opening/closing duties
Complete daily administrative tasks and performance tracking Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods (up to 7 hours)
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
