Job Title: Leasing Consultant We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the leasing operations of our residential community, providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing them with property tours and detailed information about available units.

Manage and respond to inquiries and requests from potential residents through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person.

Work collaboratively with the property management team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract potential residents.

Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain detailed knowledge of property features, floor plans, amenities, and community policies to accurately convey information to prospects and residents.

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and facilitating communication with property management as needed.

Monitor and manage leasing activities to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.

Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and activities to foster community engagement and satisfaction.

Stay informed about trends and developments in the local real estate market to offer competitive insights and advice.

Qualifications

Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred, but not required; training will be provided.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Strong sales skills with a focus on personal engagement and relationship building.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
