Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000.
Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.
Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

SUMMARY The Salesforce Analyst serves as the organizational owner of the Salesforce platform and leads its ongoing operational evolution. This role is responsible for guiding all Salesforce‑related initiatives, including reporting and analytics, workflow automation, AI‑driven enhancements, and long‑term system optimization. Rather than maintaining the CRM in its current state, the Salesforce Analyst continually assesses platform performance, analyzes business needs, and implements improvements that strengthen sales productivity and support company growth. The position requires strategic Salesforce expertise, advanced reporting capabilities, strong automation skills, and experience leveraging AI tools within Salesforce to enhance insights and operational efficiency.

Salesforce Strategy & Platform Ownership : Serve as the primary Salesforce expert and system owner. Evaluate current Salesforce configuration and recommend improvements aligned with company growth. Develop and execute a Salesforce roadmap to evolve the platform as business needs change. Ensure scalability, efficiency, and long‑term system sustainability. Lead Salesforce release management and new feature implementation.
Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence : Build dashboards and forecasting tools. Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, win/loss trends, and revenue performance. Partner with Commercial Leadership to define and refine KPIs. Translate business data into actionable insights. Continuously assess current state reporting and enhance visibility as the organization grows.
Automation & Process Optimization : Design and implement advanced Salesforce Flows and automation. Eliminate manual processes through workflow optimization. Improve opportunity management, lead routing, and forecasting automation. Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
AI Enablement & Innovation : Leverage and identify opportunities to use AI to enhance sales productivity and pipeline intelligence. Implement AI‑driven forecasting, lead scoring, and automation enhancements. Stay ahead of emerging Salesforce AI features and tools.
Data Governance & Integrity : Establish data quality standards and monitoring processes. Create governance frameworks for accurate forecasting and reporting. Maintain security, permissions, and compliance best practices.
Training & Cross‑Functional Partnership : Act as the trusted advisor for Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. Drive Salesforce adoption and best practices. Develop documentation and training materials.
QUALIFICATIONS Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Required Licensure, Certification, etc.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)
Work Experience
5-7+ years of progressive experience administering and optimizing Salesforce
Proven experience serving as the primary Salesforce owner or lead administrator
Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrated success building advanced reports and dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and revenue visibility
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Flows and workflow automation to eliminate manual processes
Experience evolving Salesforce architecture as business needs change (new verticals, new sales models, organizational growth, etc.)
Experience leveraging AI tools within Salesforce (predictive insights and automation enhancements)
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leadership
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable revenue and performance insights
