Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining insurance options, and providing tailored solutions based on client needs. Daily tasks include generating and following up on leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards to meet sales goals. The role requires collaboration, top-notch communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to deliver excellent service and build lasting partnerships.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Understanding of Finance and its application in the insurance industry
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Relevant licenses or certifications in insurance (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid work setting
Previous experience in an insurance or customer-facing role is a plus
