This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative based in Franklin, TN, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Business Development Representative will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, conduct lead generation activities, foster relationships, and drive sales growth. Additional responsibilities include managing communication with prospects, presenting Aflac’s value proposition, and collaborating with team members to achieve business development goals. Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong skills in Communication and Relationship-Building Proficiency in Sales and Business Development strategies Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work effectively Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales and lead generation targets Strong organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of insurance products or voluntary benefits is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
