Due to continued growth, our team with Aflac — a Fortune 500 leader in voluntary employee benefits — is expanding across Cumberland, Robeson, and Harnett counties , including Fayetteville, Lumberton, Pembroke, Angier, and Lillington.
We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in business-to-business insurance and benefits consulting while serving businesses within their local communities.
This is not a typical 9–5 job. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build their own book of business, work directly with business owners, and grow within a nationally recognized brand.
You will work with local businesses helping them provide voluntary employee benefits that protect their employees and families.
What You'll Do
Prospect and meet with local business owners
Present employee benefit solutions
Build and manage your own book of business
Develop long-term relationships within the business community
What You Should Know
100% commission-based income with bonus opportunities
Field-based position working directly with businesses (not remote)
Basic Qualifications
Self-motivated and comfortable in a sales environment
Strong communication and people skills
Willing to obtain a state insurance license if not already licensed
Must be open to attending a brief virtual group information session prior to a one‑on‑one interview
