Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Leasing Professional at our Ann Arbor, MI location. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for managing leasing operations, executing leases, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. The role includes maintaining resident retention through follow‑ups, assisting with lease administration, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience. The Leasing Professional will act as a key point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to foster a positive community atmosphere.
Qualifications
Experience in Resident Retention and Customer Service to foster strong tenant relationships and ensure satisfaction
Proficiency in managing Leases and Lease Administration with an understanding of leasing processes and documentation
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with residents, team members, and prospective tenants
Ability to effectively handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive attitude
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly
Previous experience in property management or leasing is a plus
Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi, is an advantage
