CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to answer phone calls professionally and helpfully
Strong data entry skills and computer proficiency
Ability to dispatch service calls to technicians clearly and efficiently
Ability to manage paper filing and routine office tasks
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
At least two years of customer service representative experience is a plus, but you can also be trained.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you will be the friendly voice who answers incoming calls from customers, ready to provide helpful information and support. You will enter customer and job data into our computer system with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that every service call is dispatched to the right technician promptly. Throughout the day, you will relay important details, handle paper filing, and tackle a variety of other office duties to keep the operation running efficiently.
