Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Pam Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Please Note THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE position.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

UP TO $500 PER MONTH REIMBURSEMENT FOR HEALTH INSURANCE
401K (pre tax and after tax) WITH MATCH ONCE WITH THE AGENCY FOR 12 MONTHS
Salary range- 45,000-$90,000 Base plus commission.
Requirements MON – FRI: 8:30AM TO 5:00PM WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH.
SATURDAYS: 9AM TO NOON. ROTATING WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS. MAY WORK 1-2 SATURDAYS /MONTH. If a Saturday is worked, then 3 hours off is allowed to be taken during the week.
Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License Required
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
