The Digital Designer demonstrates proficiency in digital design, UI/UX fundamentals, typography, and visual storytelling. Collaborating closely with the Design team, you will contribute to concept development, assist in art direction, and execute engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and social platforms. Reporting to the Design Director, you will support the creation of digital assets and handle project-specific design tasks from concept through delivery. Your role involves actively contributing to the design of digital systems, user interfaces, and responsive layouts, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Design team to develop and execute digital concepts across web, mobile, and social platforms Support concept development and assist in art direction for digital experiences and campaigns Design and produce digital assets, including user interfaces, responsive layouts, and visual systems Apply UI/UX best practices to create intuitive, user‑centered designs aligned with project goals Translate creative briefs and wireframes into functional digital experiences Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency Iterate on designs based on internal and client feedback, meeting timelines and specifications Assist with prototyping, motion, or interactive elements as needed Ensure deliverables meet quality and brand standards Collaborate cross‑functionally to support execution from concept through delivery Qualifications

2+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive design systems Experience with motion graphics, animation, or prototyping tools is a plus Demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong digital and visual design work Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and interaction design principles Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
