
Multimedia Developer

The Multimedia Designer will support the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence for this onsite opportunity.
Responsibilities
Apply the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) Process of Multimedia development to ensure products meet validated training requirements and customer intent.
Develop and maintain level 0-4 IMI products, including AV/VR solutions, in compliance with Army regulations.
Utilize Government approved AI tools to enhance training delivery and simulation realism.
Ensure all products meet technical feasibility and system integration requirements.
Ensure full SCORM compliance and compatibility with Army LMS platforms.
Ensure cross platform functionality, including mobile and desktop environments.
Integrate multimedia components (graphics, video, text) into cohesive user experiences using Adobe Captivate, Unity, Articulate Storyline and other approved authoring tools.
Perform content integration, deployment, and validation testing across hosting environments.
Apply programming and scripting techniques to develop interactive applications, integrate databases and APIs, and enhance training realism.
Conduct quality assurance and defect resolution including debugging, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of products.
Participate in IPRs, design reviews, and technical meetings, providing expert recommendations.
May be required to travel to other locations to participate in required training, conferences and briefings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DOD Secret clearance
Possess a minimum of one (year) experience with HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, JSON, MySQL, database management, web-based scripting, and object-oriented programming.
Be experienced with two (2) years computer networking, and Android/iOS and Linux operating systems experience. (Highly desired).
Have two (2) years experience and knowledge in reverse engineer code.
Have two (2) years experience in the functions of a Learning Management System, Moodle experience preferred.
Possess the ability to build and integrate 2D and 3D models into a game development software, such as Unity, Unreal, or similar engine.
Possess the ability to script animations, scenarios, and games using C#, JavaScript, or similar programing language.
Possess the skills in computer animations, embedded games, and building multimedia instruction using Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software for web-based applications and courseware.
Experience with graphics and multimedia design and Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliance for launching content on an LMS
