Position Summary

Responsibilities
Provide professional human resources services to the Service Center of Excellence (SCE) for the Division of Finance and Operations (F&O), Institutional Integrity and Risk Management (IIRM), and designated other units of the University. These divisions include approximately 2,000 employees with an overall budget of more than $500 million.
Perform core HR functions for employees in designated departments, including recruitment and onboarding, classification and compensation, employee and management relations, and payroll/leave/benefits administration.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences
Must be team oriented with a willingness to learn new things.
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and its components.
Working knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft, Concur, BuyCarolina, Docusign, Pcard, and SharePoint.
