What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform revenue cycle duties related to contract management, revenue management, and insurance plan management
Communicate with insurance payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for services
Process requests to maintain accurate billing information in the system
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless revenue operations processes
Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations or with healthcare insurance payers
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Familiarity with billing templates such as UB04 and HCFA 1500
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Previous experience in team collaboration and relationship building
Ability to manage stress and adapt quickly to changing environments
