What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute varied transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures for assigned accounts or portfolios
Process and reconcile moderately complex transactions in accordance with established policies
Ensure availability of appropriate materials and documentation for transaction completion
Provide responses and documentation to inquiries and complete research on workflow
Review transactions and related documents to verify accuracy and compliance with policies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services
Associate's degree or equivalent experience; military service may be considered
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Knowledge of compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies
Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in mortgage servicing or related financial operations
Familiarity with capital management and due diligence processes
Proficiency in standard operating procedures within banking operations
Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment
