Job Responsibilities:

Act as project manager for full‑team marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery of assets and tasks for integrated campaign execution

Maintain campaign workflows, calendars, project boards, and task management processes within Monday.com

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and maintain visibility across projects

Support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across digital channels

Schedule and publish social media content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent working experience

2-3 years of marketing or project management experience, ideally coordinating marketing programs or campaign operations

Working knowledge of social media marketing channels and digital content distribution

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com and/or HubSpot

Knowledge of Workday and other HR platforms

Familiarity and experience with B2B marketing in the HR space
