Campaign Manager AdCellerant is an award‑winning tech‑enabled services company that has brought Madison Avenue‑level digital marketing solutions to Main Street businesses since 2013. We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.

Summary of Role AdCellerant’s partner network is growing, and the Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution of partner campaigns: from trafficking and campaign management to reporting and communication to the partner’s operations team. The role is vital to our industry leadership in ad performance, technology, and customer service. The Campaign Manager meets deadlines, achieves campaign KPIs, communicates regularly with partners, and reports for our clients. Attention to detail and creative problem‑solving are essential.

Responsibilities

Ad Trafficking: order intake and trafficking in our demand‑side platform, including order setup, pre‑optimization, and launch.

Campaign Management: continuous health checks and improvements, pacing, click‑through rates, conversion measurement, and ROI optimization.

Communication: simplify complex concepts for partners and their clients, explaining campaign differences in an accessible way.

Reporting: provide status updates based on business rules, supplying crucial KPI data that benchmarks performance.

Team Building: contribute ideas for company growth and share strategies to scale business 10x in the next year.

Troubleshooting: resolve issues, document best practices, and prepare the team for future challenges.

Requirements

2+ years in ad operations, ad trafficking, or account management at a digitally focused agency, client, or media company.

2+ years working and communicating with clients or internal customers focused on data, operations, and/or performance conversations.

Experience with DFP, Yahoo! APT, Atlas, AdWords, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, or other ad‑serving technologies.

Experience aggregating, providing, and explaining performance reporting for digital media campaigns.

Working knowledge of digital production, design, digital ad tags, and creative specs.

Demonstrated ability to handle, organize, and manage complex, detail‑oriented tasks with a high success rate and low error rate.

Ability to work independently and solve problems through established channels.

Location This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work‑from‑home flexibility. Team members must live and work in the United States (territories excluded) and have access to reliable, high‑speed internet.

Compensation The base salary range is $90,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
