
Influencer Marketing Manager

A women's lifestyle brand focused on elevated, comfort-driven essentials is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale a high-impact influencer channel that directly drives ecommerce growth. This is a strategic role based in Orange County. Onsite is preferred.
What They’re Looking For:
Strong experience building influencer + affiliate strategy (LTK and/or ShopMy required)
Comfortable managing 10+ monthly paid partnerships (micro to mid-tier)
Deep understanding of organic vs. paid performance
Own budget, rates, negotiations, and communication with agents/talent
Highly cross-functional (ecomm, buying, marketing)
Execution + Pace:
Fast-moving, constantly evolving environment
Needs someone flexible, organized, and good under pressure
Oversees gifting (~50 influencers/month) + paid partnerships
Brand-Facing + Communication:
Strong verbal/written skills; very outward-facing role
Builds relationships with influencers, agents, and internal teams
Must be fashion-obsessed and trend-driven (social, editorial, pop culture)
Acts as a “taste maker” in seasonal planning
Brings ideas for collaborations, partnerships, and events
Big Focus Areas:
Brand storytelling
Community building (experiential + digital)
Must-Have:
Women’s apparel experience
4–5+ years in influencer marketing with strategic ownership
