The organization seeks a Production Designer / Art Director to execute high-quality creative across print, digital, and email channels. Responsibilities
Support creative execution across print, digital, and email channels.
Produce and refine print design assets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Build and optimize email marketing assets and templates.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and contribute effectively in team workflows.
Utilize work management and collaboration tools to keep projects moving smoothly.
Contribute behind the scenes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Experience Requirements
Experience as a design professional in corporate or structured environments.
Strong background in print design.
Hands‑on experience with email marketing design and production.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS (preferred).
Experience with Workfront, Monday.com, or Slack.
Interest in or experience with AI‑assisted design workflows (preferred).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
