Priority Responder (Fire Chaser)
SERVPRO of Alamo Heights, San Antonio, TX, United States
Emergency Response Coordinator (Fire/Water Damage) – High Earning Potential
When disaster strikes, most people run away. You run toward it.
We are looking for a driven, quick-thinking
Emergency Response Coordinator
to be our first-on-scene representative following fire and water damage events. This isn't a desk job. This is a real-time, boots-on-the-ground role where speed, empathy, and professional sales skills collide.
You will help property owners navigate their worst days by connecting them with industry-leading restoration services—fast. If you have "thick skin," a high motor, and a professional mindset, this is your opportunity to turn chaos into a high-earning career.
What You’ll Do (The Reality)
Respond in Real-Time:
Arrive quickly to active fire and water loss scenes to assess situations and engage property owners.
Win the Business:
Outwork and out-hustle the competition to secure restoration work during high-stress moments.
Be the Expert:
Maintain a deep understanding of the insurance marketplace (claims, adjusters, and brokers) to guide clients through the recovery process.
Drive Growth:
Actively pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Bridge the Gap:
Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from the "emergency" phase to the "restoration" phase.
What We’re Looking For
The Hustle:
You are a self-starter with a "sales mindset" who thrives on urgency and performance-driven results.
The Professionalism:
Minimum
2 years
of B2B sales or service-sector marketing experience. (Restoration or insurance industry experience is a major plus!)
Communication:
Superb verbal and written skills. You can build trust on a curb at 2:00 AM and deliver a professional report at 9:00 AM.
Education (Preferred):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent professional experience.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the willingness to work a flexible, on-call schedule (including nights/weekends).
Why You’ll Love It
High Earning Potential:
High commission structure with
no cap
for top performers.
Performance Bonuses:
We reward the "fire chasers" who go the extra mile.
Career Growth:
Opportunity for rapid advancement within a high-performing franchise.
Support:
Ongoing training and a team that has your back in the field.
Think you have what it takes to thrive when things get heated? Apply today and show us your hustle.
